In general our experience was better than most.  Although the driver, Chris, was over a half hour late in picking us up, he was a great representative of your company and explained that someone had called in sick and really them put behind.  The guy at the counter was OK, got us checked in and on our way quickly; although it was disappointing that he tried to scare us into buying extra insurance.

The car was clean and fit our purposes perfectly.  The return was under-whelming.  A cab had to wait 30 minutes to take us to the airport.  There were 3 people working at the counter.  Two of the workers each had a customer for the whole 30 minutes.  The other employee, Chris, handled 3 or 4 during the same period.  When it was finally our turn, Chris took care of us in just a couple of minutes.

Great price and good service.  WARNING!!! When agent does the car inspection, go with him,or her, and PAY ATTENTION.  I returned my car, agent noticed a "chip" on the windshield, told me they do not charge for glass damage, do not worry about it. I disputed claim. Am waiting outcome.  Letter DID NOT describe damage  or cost of repair.  If you don't respond they bill your credit card. My personal car insurance company covers rental cars.  BE CAREFUL-PAY ATTENTION-ASK QUESTION-DON'T HESITATE TO TAKE YOUR OWN PICTURES.  I've rented there 3 or 4 other times and never had a problem.  Hope this helps folks in the future.

I have rented from this particular branch twice now. Both times have literally been one for the books and not in a good way. How is it that a make a reservation online and every time I end up spending at least an hour here? The first time I received one quote online, a person called me to confirm my desecration and never mentioned the $150 deposit because I was using a debit card. I found that out the hard way when I went to pick up the car along with all the stuff they needed. Regardless if you show your insurance card or not they call the company to make sure. The second time I made a reservation, came to pick up the car.... my reservation was for 4 days. I spent over an hour waiting because the person helping me asked me to sit and wait while "a car was washed up and brought to me." Meanwhile a couple that came in after me and was taken care after me received their car with a quickness while I was stuck waiting for "a car." I was never told what I was getting and meanwhile this couple bypassed not just my husband and I but also 4 other gentlemen. Quite ridiculous if you ask me. I generally think they just do not know how to communicate with people. That seems to be the issue, unable to explain things thoroughly to people so that here are no questions.

Friendly service, great staff. Although the car we booked took almost an hour to finalize in office (among minor damage already on the car they gave us), management went above and beyond and didn't charge us for the rental. Will definitely be back to Enterprise.

Our company had reserved a Ford transit van to take 15 people to a meeting in Orlando. When we arrived to pickup the van they only had a chevy 15 passenger van in stock. Which is much smaller inside. As soon as we pointed this out the enterprise rep. was on the phone locating the transit we needed. In a few short minutes he was able to arrange for us to get the proper vehicle. Thanks to his great attitude we were on our way with the vehicle we needed to make our trip a great success.
