Excellent service.  I was given a choice of vehicles and both were great options.  Jeremy gave stellar customer service with a smile!!  I would refer anyone and everyone!!

WOW.  What a phenomenal customer service experience from Jeremy Neeley!  I showed up this morning needing a vehicle for the next 2-3 days and was told they had all of their cars rented.  (I did not have a reservation.)  Jeremy searched found a solution for me in Noblesville.  I did not have a way to get from Fishers to Noblesville.  He offered to drive me in his personal car up to Noblesville!!!  Long story short, we did not have to go to Noblesville, as there was a last minute cancellation and I had my set of wheels!!  
THIS is the kind of customer service that is worthy of a Google review!  You are the best Jeremy!!  Thanks again for making my day.

Horrible... Called three times and never was told about their policy if you use a debit card.  Guy was rude and didn't seem to want to help.  WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH ENTERPRISE!!
