These were the sweetest most compassionate people I have done business with in a very long time.  My engine went out on my car and I had to drive a rental for a couple of weeks and they made sure that I was comfortable and always made sure that I received the best rates possible.  I never had to ask....they offered better rates to me.  Very professional.  I respect Enterprise!

We picked up a mini van last night and the stow and go seat was stored and when we tried to leave this morning the seat would not come up. We wasted an hour trying to fix it until they opened and then we took the car back to the rental company. Then they switched out the van and the next van they gave us had a cracked passenger side mirror and the low tire pressure warning was on. We have normally had good experiences with Enterprise but this rental location must not properly maintain their vehicles. Not sure I will rent from here again.

Long wait to get the car (about 20 minutes. Granted, it was 5:00pm, but that was when I set the pick up time).  Spent extra to upgrade to "full size" which was a Hyundai Sonata... When I think of full size, I associate it with "some" creature comforts. This car didn't even have auto headlights, rear camera, auto climate control, power seats, keyless start... I mean NOTHING! Can't imagine why Enterprise would let a car like this destroy their image... it was bare bones, basic transportation and definitely not worthy of upgraded cost to full size, no matter how much legroom! However, the staff was great and made sure to try pleasing the customer. I've been here many times and always received great service.

This is a wonderful location. The employees are always accommodating and friendly. I will always come here. The Manager Mike Storms is excellent with customer service.
