Overall it was a great experience. I was picked up when I made my reservation and after my rental was due they even dropped me off. The driver's were super friendly and customer service was awesome. Will definitely be coming back.

After I understood why they could not pick me up on the highway, it was a much  better experience!  Jose at the Bellricca office went way beyond my expectations to get me home in a very stressful situation! Thanks Jose,  Thanks Enterprise! !

Not helpful. I made a reservation through corporate office and got a call from the local office that they had no cars available. According to policy the local office is responsible for finding me an alternative. They were abrupt and rushed me without offering an alternative. Corporate office filed a complaint against the local office for not following policy.  I rent regularly from lowell office and lowell branch is more helpful and customer service oriented

I was pleased that the car was delivered to me but car was 2015 model. Car was not clean. It rained and visibility was compromised because the windshield wipers were in bad shape and were making a strange noise. I should receive a free weekend's rental for my troubles.
