Everytime I rent, Erica is a true Godsend. Either planned, or very last minute decision....she's there to help. The cars aren't fancy or brand new, but they are clean and in working order. 
I've even rented vans to move small loads of furniture and also to take our trash to the dump. 
There is no haggling over bringing in 3 utility bills or placing a $250 hold on your nancard like other places and not getting the money refunded for weeks! They have a minimal deposit of $100 for certain debt / credit card issues. I am a customer for life.

**March 31st Update**

Once again, the staff is really nice, especially Mrs. Erica who works at the front desk. The first time in interacted with this company we had a few bumps which is expected to eventually happen at any company. 
I decided to give the company another go about 2 more times and it actually got better. The more I got comfortable with Erica the better it was to process out receiving a car.

I previously posted an HONEST review of my first review and apparently the manager did not like it and has not refused to service me anymore. That is completely fine but reviews are to help other customers, not necessarily the business. If anything, the review should help the company learn how to better service customers, not turn away customers. 

Besides that, I would suggest this company due the fact that Mrs. Erica is extremely nice and she will work with you in finding a car.

Their prices are unbeatable and their manager Geoff is a great guy and a pleasure to deal with.  I highly recommend their service.
