I do not ever take the time to review a store but after my last experience with this location I had to. I purchased a dress during a Labor Day promotion and upon bringing it home I noticed a giant rip in the side of the dress. I immediately (within 2 hours of my purchase) and took the dress back to the store. I politely asked for an exchange/refund/store credit but was told there was nothing they could do for me due to their return policy. They explained that if they refunded my money they would have to do so to everyone else. Upon asking for the owners/managers contact information I was told they were not allowed to give me the information, and that there was nothing they could do about it. I work in retail myself and I have always been told costumer satisfaction is the number one priority. Apparently customer service nor the quality of their product is a priority to them. I will never be returning/recommending them again.

I normally don't post reviews unless I've been extraordinarily pleased or displeased. I have window shopped through Entourage on many occasions but didn't make my first purchase until a couple of months ago. I bought a brand new, full price dress and because of the change in weather, was unable to wear it for the event I had planned. I went to return it less than 10 days later with full tags and no wear whatsoever and was denied due to their "return policy" which is vaguely stated on a sign on the far end of the cash register. In my opinion, if sales are essentially "final", this should be strongly advertised and conveyed. In any line of business, the customer's satisfaction should be priority.  This business misleads its customers and is only interested in getting their less than high quality clothes off the shelves and the money into their own pockets. The store manager was less than helpful and was barely knowledgeable  about their return policy. I was directed to a customer service center who could also not give me a clear answer on the policy.  I was told the issue would be "pushed up to the CEO" who, to no surprise, has not called back since the incident nearly 3 weeks ago. Needless to say, I'll be skipping this place from now on.

This is my new favorite store! The atmosphere is very chic and calm and the ladies that work there are so sweet and helpful! I will definitely be going back.
