When me and my boyfriend went in, we were asked how we could be helped. Said we were just browsing and then I specifically asked about blazers. My boyfriend needed one for an upcoming interview.

The sales associate did not offer anything and merely went to the other side of the store. He then followed us to the back of the store and hovered, staring at us while we were looking at sports coats. When we looked over at him because his silent presence was making us uneasy, he remarked on the weather. Not the clothing in the store. There was no assumption on his part, apparently, that we were there to buy.

No more conversation by the sales associate, but he continued to stand there. As we moved, he moved, just watching us. Finally I realized he was probably assuming that we were going to steal something or thought that we, because we were wearing our weekend clothes, couldn't afford it.

We finally started making our way back up to the front, and again we were followed by this sales associate.

Another man asked, "Do you need help? You look confused." Of course we were confused! Why are we being followed without being offered help? And so we went to the front of the store. And OF COURSE the guy was still following us to the front, watching our every move.

I don't appreciate it and I'm glad that we didn't even get the chance to give this store business. Despicable.

The best place for varseity ware and clothing - Steve has the touch and sense to dress you so you look like a million bucks. Can't recommend enough!
