Purchased a used laptop for $300.  Within 6 months, the motherboard went out.  They gave me two choices replace the motherboard or purchase another used laptop.  Both solutions would cost over $200.  THE GOOD:  They did not charge me the $30 diagnosis fee. (Reason I gave them two stars instead of one) THE BAD: They let me walk out the door with a broken laptop with no offer of discount or solution besides paying full price.  I realize I purchased a used laptop and the risk comes with that, but the average cost came to $50 per month and no hint of trying to work with me.  Can't say I will be a repeat customer.

EZ parking, clean bright facility, friendly knowledgeable staff & quick access to inventory. Found what I needed, tech tested everything for operation, paid w/my credit card, I was out the door &  on my way. I've been a small biz client of Epc for over 15 yrs & it keeps getting better. Keep up the great customer experience!

Nobody does it better  Dan has built a great company

If you want purchase computer equipment for personal, office or your company  they have great value on equipment that comes off  leases. Ask for Frank Polston. 

I have know and work with Dan and Frank since the 1980s. And they are the real deal.

A great place to recycle your used electronic equipment.  We recycled an old 32" tube TV.  Once paid for, they removed it from the vehicle.  Might I add, they are the cheapest tube TV recycler in the St. Louis region.
