Like other reviewers said, restrooms are locked when Amtrak is expected. Unacceptable.

The rest rooms need to be available when AMTRAK trains are expected!!! It is inexcusable that the rest rooms are locked. Shame on the City of Ephrata for not offering the most basic of services... public rest rooms when folks are waiting for trains.

There is NOTHING here except a covered waiting area, no Restrooms although there is one in the bus section which shares the area but it is locked !!! Really ???

Its alright. Has parking. Had to drag friends bag through gravel, no platform.(dont't know what he packed in it but it was heavy.) While a conductor is telling us to hurry up because the train arrived 45 mins late because of heavy snow fall. Just a precaution.
