This store has a new owner as of April 2013. The service completely sucks, the employee's act like they are scared to do any wrong. The bread was stale and totally not to SUBWAY standards. You can not get more the smallest amounts of toppings. The new owner also has stores in Walmart in Ephrata, Quincy and a couple in Moses Lake. The only good place in Ephrata to get Subs is now Safeway. Just avoid all the stores of this owner.

Waited in line during lunch for 7 minutes and no help. Called them up to complain after I left and there excuse it was busy. Baloney , I was behind on other person. They just suck

Of all the Subways I've visited this is one of them.  If you like bland sandwiches with stale and soggy ingredients, you'll like Subway in general and this place in particular.
