This theater is really nice, it is state of the art, you can buy your own tickets at the kiosk or order them online and you are able to choose your seats which is sweet. They have a self serve snack bar where you can grab your snacks and drinks on your own and let’s not forget the self serve butter. Super clean movie theater with electric reclining seats. Great sound and great service, a solid 10/10 in my book would highly recommend.

The experience is good from start to finish. I came to the theater for opening night. The self serve for refreshments was great no lines and everything moved extremely quick. The theater is state of the art with huge screens (I did see it in xl) the movie did skip quite often throughout but it was opening night. Spoke with the manager who promptly got on top of the situation and offered me free passes to my next showing. Mishaps happen it’s the response that matters to me and the follow up. An amazing theater with great management. All around great experience. I will be going again.

Although it's a brand new theater they opted for outdated technology, such as soda machines from the 90's (looks like). Had to be told how to get the tickets from the automated dispenser (defeats the purpose of not having a actual person, if a person has to show you how to work it). To top it off there might have been 10 other people in the entire theater, and it took 25 minutes for the staff to ring up popcorn and soda. And when I say staff, I mean 3 separate people were all pooling their collective knowledge to get these simple items rung up and it still took 25 mins. Either they scrapped the bottom of the barrel for employees or they still have a lot of kinks to work out. Actual screens and seats were amazing though.

Was double charged. Was told that it was happening to other people so just come to the theater and get the return. Went to the theater had the general manager tell me to wait, he proceeded to assist other customers and ignore me then I had to get another associate to get his attention again, he walked back acting like he didn’t know me, and then told he had to email corporate before even returning my money! So what could have been a simple refund, which I have the proof on my bank statement, has no turned into a form submission and now I have to apparently wait 7 days to get my money back. $25 we are talking about! It’s the principle at this point.

Everything about this theater is amazing. They should consider training the older employees on how to work the computers. I called to ask if the theatre would be filled at a certain time and she had no idea what I was talking about.. other than that the experience is amazing.
