Their newer and roomier seats have wonderful comfort and relaxation built right in. The seats have a nice recline with power function and great cup holders. Your also in your own seat. No more playing guess who with a strangers leg. The price is also decent for tickets. However the price of concession is up there. If your local and going to pick a theatre. Pick the one that isn't sticky and has been around for a long time.

We went to see a 10:15am showing of daddy’s home on Sunday. The manager says it does not start till 11:30 am even though it says 10:15am on there website and a lot of times the website is never updated! She says the main amc website is accurate and we should be checking that instead. How about doing your job and updating your website!!

Cashier asked if I wanted to renew my Stubs reward card... I paid$15.00 to renew it.
Then card didn't renew.  Manager refused to refund money and said I needed to call Stubs.  Stubs customer service stated the card was not eligible for renewal due to the reward program it was on was no longer being used....
And they can not refund any money as I should have not been asked to renew in the first place...
Fraud, will never come here again

The theater was nice but everything leading up to it is ridiculous. 

It's way to small to handle the volume of people. Line to buy tickets, line to get in, line to buy food/drink, line to fill drinks. Everyone is on top of each other.

Also, it says alot about a place when you have 3 cop cars outside the entrance and security in and around the theater. I could understand having them around for safety, if they were still present during and after the last movie got out.

Managers Justin & Michelle, along with security were BEYOND ACCOMADATING & KIND when my children and I had a bad experience with other, let's just say less than desirable movie goers. They went above & beyond in customer service & care. Finding another movie suitable for us, while keeping us safe at the same time. The only thing that surpasses the comfortable atmosphere & awesome theaters, is the amazing customer service at Amc theaters in leesburg!
