Epikos is Greek for epic, and we love epic things.

Epic stories, epic legends, epic adventures- much like the epic content that comprises Epikos Comics, Cards & Games shop. Epic stories bring people together- it unites us, frights us, delights us, and captures our imagination. At Epikos, we are in the business of bringing our customers the best in epic, whether you love comics, games, tabletop, memorabilia, model builds, and other epic pursuits. We carry all the latest comic books and many back issues, the hottest and classic games, and tons of fantastic collectibles and decor to help you surround yourself in a world that is epic.

We sell and play Magic the Gathering and World of Warcraft card games. We have a league of WarMachine in house and additionally keep many new and used video games in stock. We also clean CDs, DVDs, and game disks, on site.

Hands down the best experience I’ve had at any game/comic book store or any retailer in my life! My girlfriend and I went in to Epikos last night at about 9:50. We started off from Dalton and gone up to the ooltewah store, not knowing that it wasn’t there anymore. We booked it on over to the Hixon store and managed to get there at 10 til close. Our plan was to check out a few games, then come back the next day after researching some of the ones that jumped out at us. After about a minute of looking we had found a few that we were curious about, so we asked the man working there if he had played a couple of the ones we were looking at and if so, what he thought of them. He then proceeded to tell us everything we could ever need to know about the games we mentioned as well as several others we had never heard of or even considered. We were absolutely staggered by the level of knowledge and insight held by this man. He went so far above and beyond anything we have ever experienced at any store. When it was all said and done, he had ended up staying open for an additional 45 minutes, just for us. The store worker’s name is Will. If you are ever inclined to buy a board, card, or tabletop game, I highly suggest you visit this store and ask for Will. Also, it is worth mentioning that he is just the nicest guy you’ll ever meet.

If you are any kind of nerd/geek this place is for you. I don't mean that in a bad way (I'm one too and we rock). They have an amazing selection and they're pretty friendly to boot. :)

They are always doing special holiday events and sales. This year that had lots of free Halloween Comics and lots of dollar comics for there Halloween event.

We came in here to get some tabletop games for my family reunion, and they had a great selection. I didn't have time to stop and look at all the other offerings in the store, but it looked to be fairly well stocked and the cashier was friendly and nice. If I lived in the area, I would totally have come back for game nights here.

Epikos has comics, gaming gear for a number of systems, and a very helpful staff. My little one collects Pokemon cards and has taken up playing Magic The Gathering and they have provided a ton of cards to get her started right. (The first taste is free.) If comics are your thing, you can find a ton of different titles from Marvel, DC, and various independents. They also have a Disney pin trading board for collectors. If you're in the Chattanooga area, go check this place out if you haven't already.
