Purchased the orange paint from this company. I ordered two large kits as that was the stated amount to cover 1,000 sq ft area. The floor, a 30x30 ft (900 sq ft.)was about 2/3 covered with the amount of paint. So I purchased more paint so I could finish the job. 

New paint comes in, I apply it. The new paint wasn’t remotely close to the color of the first two kits. I sent an email and the response I received was that I must have done something wrong and needed to look at the instruction guide to make sure I did the process correctly. I was also told humidity and temperature can cause changes. The temp was within 2 degrees and the humidity was the exact same when painting the floor. They offered a discount on more product to cover the bad area in the same email in which they said that I needed to follow the instructions. The problem is, their instructions clearly state that you can’t apply epoxy over epoxy. It seems as if they need to read their own instruction manual. Do not waste your time or money.

I should have avoided this company from the start when I ran into a problem with my purchase.  I dealt with a man named Jaime who gave me a discount to pick up the product versus shipping.  When I arrived to pick up the order, Jaime tried to add 5% to my bill.  A manager Pam resolved this and she was very pleasant.  I applied the product to a cement floor of 600 square feet that was diamond ground.  I applied a gray base with full chips to rejection.  It turned out very good.  I then applied the clear coat.  The clear coat coverage was about 2/3 of what was stated.  I bought enough material for 750 square feet and it did not finish the job.  Please keep in mind this was a kit that clear coat gets applied last over their floor.  Coverage was not as promised.

Upon speaking to Epoxy-Coat (Jaime) he suggested I apply polyurethane to the uncovered area.  Wait a second Jaime; this is supposed to be an epoxy floor.  He told me I would have to pay for more products.

I can't tell everyone how disappointed I am in this company.  This has already cost me $1000 and the company has not delivered.

I suggest you find a different company to avoid my troubles!

Don't waste your money on this product. I spent over $12,000.00 here and have a 4000 sq ft floor that is clouded.  Buckets with chunks of the product stuck in the bottom. Sent that product back and they replaced it with product that was completely different. The clear coat was inconsistent some buckets were clear and others were clouded. Please see the pictures I posted here. Your time and money will be better spent somewhere else. Try U Coat it! I have used their product before and no problems.
