Horrible customer service! They have sprayed my house for ants 3 times & guess what the ants are still roaming around! Then they don't give a 3-4 hour window to be service the only thing Kim could tell me was "a tech will call when he's on his way." I had something to do today but I paid someone to stay at my house so the tech could spray my home for the 4th time & nobody showed up! Kim called me at 3pm saying that the tech couldn't make it & had to come out Saturday morning. I told her that I had something to do Saturday & they would have to come around noon. She had the nerve to say he can't come at noon...so after waiting ALL damn day for a tech to show up nobody at this company could accommodate my request to come on Saturday at noon. Hell y'all cancelled on the day you were supposed to come. How professional is that?!

Just had our annual treatment.  We have used this company for years.  The service is excellent and the prices are good.

I called over a month ago after a friend referred them. They called me back to give me a price to spray for carpenter ants and told me they would call me back to schedule. I never heard back from them again! 😑
