They didn't help me the way I wanted to be help, however I do not blame the EEOC I blame the laws and the the fact that the system is in favor of employers and bug businesses and not employees. As far as the office gentlemen at the front desk helped me out a lot so at least I was able to be processed. They are overwhelmed by people who have been treated unfairly and for the most part can't keep up.

I was able to see an interviewer the same day, even though I started process online. The gentleman at the window was very friendly and helpful. Normally if you start the process online you have to wait for them to contact you. Be prepared for a long wait.
