I've been going to Equilibrio for years and the individual attention cannot be beat. Alayne has helped me with so many things from chronic back pain, to stretching, strengthening, toning, balance, and posture. My core has never been stronger and I actually grew an inch--and had a lot of fun along the way! I would recommend this studio, hands down, for your fitness and overall wellness goals. Don't hesitate, make that appointment now!

I started with Equiibrio Pilates in 2012 when as a 62 year old man I found it very difficult to get up from the floor. After just a few 1 hour sessions I could get up easily and later found my overall physical well being substantually improved. I also lost 15 pounds gradually and the weight stays off. I only go 1 hour a week, but if I went more, I would probably lose a few more pounds. Very highly recommended especially to older folks. Because older folks tend to fall down a lot as they lose muscle strength and a sense of balance. Pilates improves both substantually. Highly recommended.

Bought a gift cert for my wife. Upon trying to change time of final appt. due to kids being ill we were rudely told there is a 24hr cancellation policy. Policy is fine but tone down the attitude. We have our own cancellation policy too... please cancel us as customers.
