Loving my OT workouts. This is the fittest I have been my entire life! This is only possible at OT. Coaches are awesome and the energy of the class participants and their enthusiasm is contagious 😊 Already recommended to all my friends and family😊

I enjoy that the workout is different everyday, but similar enough each week that you are able to track your progress easily (weights used, speed, distance rowed/run). The workout creativity is really on point and you get excited about the class you are about to take. The assistance from the coaches is also a huge upside. They are encouraging and always make sure you have correct form.

I like that the trainers are personal with you, meaning if you have a injury they will accommodate it and if you like a challenge they will work with you on it. I like how they greet you like you've known them forever!!

Orange theory is a great way to get the results that you want in a fun, motivating way with the accountability you need to push you.

Great coaches and the admin staff upfront are great as well. I am in the best physical shape I have been in for years. All it takes is 55 minutes of your day and it goes QUICKLY!
