Preston Hicks was a fantastic realtor to work with! We had contact with him through Alpine Homes, and although we ended up not purchasing the home, we very much enjoyed our experience with Preston. He was a great representative of the company, and was very engaged with helping us find the best option. We could always expect a prompt reply with questions, and we felt like he genuinely cared about the well-being of our family. Preston Hicks has been fantastic to work with.  He genuinely cares about the needs of his clients and treats them like gold.  There are many Realtor's to choose from and I am so glad we chose Preston.  Preston is knowledgeable and sharp.  He pays attention to detail.  Thank you Preston for guiding us in the process of buying our first home! :)

Kenny was AMAZING to work with. He was super friendly and even included my kids in the process of finding our first home. My son still talks about how fun it was. By the end of day one Kenny had got to know what I wanted and what I didn't want in a home. After looking at what seemed like 30 or so houses I was defeated when I found nothing that felt like home. A few days later a listing came up and Kenny got right on making an appointment for us. We walked in and felt at home and Kenny was able to get us a lovely home in a wonderful neighborhood for our price point. He still asks how we love our home and checks up on us. His parties are some highlights of the year for my kids. I would recommend Kenny to anyone and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Brenda Evans is one of the best realtor's ever! She knows what she's doing and understood what we were looking for in a house. She is so patient, considerate, and hard working. The Kenny Parcell Team has been nothing but inviting and great to work with. We really enjoyed our experience with these guys and will definitely use them again if we ever move!

Brenda is the nicest most helpful agent we have ever worked with. We will never use another agent. She is patient and ensures that all our needs are met and understood how to help us get what we needed within our budget. She is kind, easy to work with and real. I hate the fake salesman mentality of so many others. If you don't use her as your agent, you will miss out on the best home shopping experience available.
