I was impressed with these guys at first but turns out Matt Evans got greedy and tried to make double commission off the sale of the home. 3% wasn't enough for him. He was not upfront with me and intentionally mislead me with half truths and lies. Doing so made my offer less competitive than I realized causing me to lose out on the home. If he would have only been transparent and upfront I likely could have won the home I was wanting and the seller might have made more bang for the sale. He proved to me that he doesn't have his clients best interests at heart... just his own pocket book. It's unfortunate because I thought he really was a genuinely good guy when I first met him.

Amanda was always on top of things and knew exactly what we were looking for. She never pressured us into anything and pointed out pros and cons of each house for things I wouldn't know to look for (what was updated, what needed to be, etc). We ended up building a house, and she was there to help with every decision. She and her team even found flaws in the closing documents, which resulted in more money for us! Really, they are an awesome team to work with!

I have worked with Jean Tanner and Summit Realty many times and they are helpful, professional, and efficient. Great staff! I would highly recommend this team.

Dan Evans is the best and we would recommend him to everyone! He made the process of purchasing our home a positive experience. Dan and his team are always available to help us and answer our questions. They are great to work with. Shelby was awesome and kept us informed on everything along the way. We love Summit Realty/ Dan Evans and will continue to use them in the future!

Its the best when a business over delivers. Amalia Alfaro was our agent and I would recommend her to any first time home buyer who is unfamiliar with the process. Even the agent from the builder talked about how impressed he was with how she was on top of things. She was very responsive throughout the whole process and when the home was ready there were some delays with the city but Amalia was on top of it. She got us into our town home a week before some of our neighbor units who were suppose to close the same day as us!
