Basically I shop here often because heck the prices are low and the shoes are nice! However, I realized how horrible the management company is! 

First of all, they left their employees with NO air, for 3 weeks consecutively. When I tell you I'm NOT exaggerating. 

I live in Miramar Pkwy 20 minutes away from this store so I go there almost every weekend. For their luck, I went two saturdays consecutively, and I was surprised to find the air was still not fixed. The poor girls at the attire was so hot, and even then trying to maintain a good appearance for their clients. Miami is almost 110 degrees on a summer morning... that is not even humane.. it doesn't take 3 weeks to have an A/C fixed. 

Second of all, I bought a pair of shoes for $60 which I happened to like a lot. I have an office job 9-5 no activity nothing big... coffee spilled on the left shoes I said ok let me clean it .... NOPE the shoe literally melted OFF. Which is crazy. So I went to the store tried to have them help me since I had only bought them for a week??? which by the way I not only got ONE pair I bought 4 pairs from this store. And I usually always do when I shop there. 

The manager who attended me, Selena said was her name, was SO rude. So not understanding and careless about her business. She was NO help, so I said whatever I will just buy another pair. 

dumb me, a week in, in my office, I was simply walking to my desk and my shoe twisted off, and the whole right side broke off ???? WTTH man?? I'm not a millionaire I work my butt off for my things.

This is unacceptable 2nd pair in two weeks down the drain. 

Don't shop here !!!!!!!
