Popular among the teen crowd.  Very helpful, young salespeople.  When we shopped here, they went out of their way to bring a wide selection of items out of the storage area to make sure we could pick the exact item we were most satisfied with.  I recommend this store highly.

I am being kind to give it two stars. When the store was at the Pembroke mall, it was my favorite place to shop for clothing. The new location has a terrible set up. Women's clothing is the first thing I see when I walk in...walk a little farther and you have outerwear. To me it means that there isn't anymore women's clothing. Wrong...farther yet is more women's clothing. Things seem to be randomly placed.
Also, signs are misleading. "Entire store on sale". Yet if you read the fine print you will see "some exclusions apply". So...the entire store is NOT on sale!. Another sign posted on a display will read "minimum 20% off". Personally I would like to know exactly what the % is because the biggest issue at that store is the lack of customer service! There are not enough sales people around to help or if you do happen to spot one you have a hard time getting their attention.
Lastly, the store sales start on Wednesdays. Homeowners get the flyers delivered on Thursday. If you go into the store on Thurs. evening or Fri. morning chances are good that all good deals will be sold out. This has happened to me twice so I asked a salesperson and she told me that "Our sale starts Wed." So either there were only 2 items for that sale or it was a one day sale. Very bad marketing and managing.

Decent place to get running shoes, other sports equipment. The attached atmosphere isn't as good as MEC but has outdoor stuff.
