Sharpest agent I've worked with.  I'm a lifelong State Farm client, first as a child on my parent's auto policy when I started driving.  We ran into some issues with another local SF agent recently and began a search for a new agent.  My wife read reviews on multiple sites for a handful of local agents throughout East County.  Eric's reviews definitely set him apart from the get-go.  Actual interactions meet/exceed what others have said about him.  Eric is very professional & personable.  He has been the most thorough, by leaps & bounds, of any agent we've worked with.  He's very knowledgeable and able to translate complicated insurance matters down to their simplest essence so we can be confident in what coverage we're paying for & clearly understand what we're not paying for.  He has restored our confidence in State Farm & we'll continue to be lifelong clients thanks to his efforts!

We've had Eric as our agent and insurance provider for some years now. I'm happy to say over the years we've been very pleased with the services provided and the caliber of service. Eric not only represents himself as a advocate for you but also a tutor and educator. One of his interesting and beneficial characteristics is a very calming tone and demeanor in his day-to-day communication. This comes in very handy right after an insurance "situation" where I as a client tend to be a bit high strung, his subsequent communications style brings me to a levelheaded state of mind. This is something you just can't get out of the box.

I've been with State Farm for over 4 years now. I have multiple vehicles insured by them as well as a home. Upon moving to California from New York, Eric made the switch of insurance very easy. His overall care and performance was above and beyond what I had expected, and nothing less than excellent service has been provided to me each and every time I call or visit. He answers every question fully no matter how many times I ask the same thing in a different way. He patiently explains  the answers so that I understand them. Erics staff in the La Mesa Office is always available to help whether it be in person, on the phone, or via email. They are kind and courteous and I would recommend them to anyone.

Eric Andersen has been my wife an mine insurance agent since our adult children were little ones.  Eric and State Farm is providing us with, Auto, Earth Quake, Home Owners, Mortgage, Life, insurances.  Eric is more than an insurance agent to us, he is a friend.  Eric has and will continue to provide all our insurance needs in a courteous and professional way.  I highly recommend Agent Eric Andersen and State Farm insurance to anyone for any all of your insurance needs..

I had initially contacted another State Farm agency but it didn't work out so I tried Eric Andersen's office and they were very responsive.  I needed a liability policy ASAP and Shelly got right on it.  She made sure the policy I was getting was right for my needs.  Also, Eric gave me good advice so I didn't purchase any coverage I didn't need.  I called several other carriers looking for a quote and State Farm's was by far the best.  Thank you for the prompt and courteous service!
