I love this Insurance agency. A friend brought me in and after seeing how well they treated my friend and his family and how helpful they were, I brought in my family and signed up with them. That was over 10 years ago. A special thanks to Jose who has always treated me and my family like a good friend ever since the first day I met him. Customer service is outstanding! Never had a problem with them. I very much enjoy my visits there! I highly recommend this place.

My first time getting car insurance on my own, and i regret going to this branch. Terrible communication to their clients. They even forgot to submit my auto insurance form for a month. I literally had to email them and ask them if there was an issue with my form.

I would give a zero star if there is one. I recently moved to California, decided to switch to this agency and renew my policy. They didn't make the request for information transfer from my previous state to California and didn't properly send my driver license information to State Farm. The way they completely messed up with my information made my auto insurance premium tripled. What frustrated me most was that they were super slow in resolving the problem and never showed an effort to do so. I even got the blame for providing insufficient information (sic), while the information was provided and already in State Farm system. Took more than a month and many calls and visits from me to resolve the problem with my premium 40% higher than what I was quoted. That's it, I switched to other company and I should have done it earlier. My suggestion: avoid this agency at all cost, especially if you recently moved to this area from other states.

Absolutely love this office. They really do have your best interests in mind and constantly look out for you. Nicole is a fabulous and Jose is a sweetheart. I, for once, look forward to speaking to my Insurance Agents.

Stay away from this office! They are horrible in service and lie about stuff! Never gives you the right information! Jose is always late to the appointments and doesn't know what he is doing. Horrible place!!! Go somewhere else.
