This is the following email I sent to this floral service! Not only did they lie to FTD about the flowers being delivered the day before mother's day, the sent dead disgusting flowersthe day after mother's day.  Needless to say we will be calling FTD demanding or money back and highly urging them to use a different florist in the north county of San Diego!

"I've got to say that your arrangement of flowers is a joke not to mention they were supposed to be delivered on Saturday for MOTHER'S DAY! Did you even look at the order form where it says it's suppose to also come with chocolate? Where is the chocolate? 

I've read your Yelp reviews and I've got to say FTD should read them too. This is a common practice of lying and cheating your customers and I will be placing MANY phone calls to complain about you place of business.  You should be ashamed of your service!

I've attached photos of your disgusting flowers.  This is NOT what was ordered not even close.  This is what $80.00 worth of flowers look like!

Would you send these to your mother?"

We had flowers ordered for 9am for my father's funeral. First call they said the flowers were delivered to the mortuary.  Lied.  Straight out lied.  Second call says they don't know where the order was.  They must have done a rush job because it showed up after we finished the service.  We continued the driver who dropped the flowers on a side table and got one of our guests to sign for it and ran out the door.  Don't order from them.

Eric's Flower Market did not deliver on day scheduled (next day).  Arrangement was for a birthday but balloon said Get Well Soon. Just a reminder to be more careful with orders.  I don't believe the person who sent the flowers to me will be very happy about their service. These are small things to get correct considering the price people pay for flower delivery.

This company completely RUINED my grandpa’s funeral. We didn’t have a choice to pick the florist because it was ordered through FTD but the flowers were not as nice as photo, the driver lied about when he delivered the flowers, they were delivered LATE and at the end of the service, and they have terrible customer service. FTD should drop them!
