First of all, if you cant do a job ahead of time then don't schedule an appointment to see if you can "try" and do it . I cant believe the unprofessional-ism  this establishment has! We called ahead of time 1 to 2 weeks  for an apt to create a beautiful wedding. well we get there and what do you think happens???!! Absolutely nothing!! From the moment we walked in, they already decided they were going to be too overwhelmed and could not do the wedding! But then wanted to get flowers for us and we can come pick it up and set it up ourselves! If you cant do a job, then don't schedule an apt with a customer! Then Learn to apologize that you now have wasted their time!

THIS FLOWER SHOP IS SO VERY CREATIVE.  I SENT A PERSONAL ORDER HERE FOR THE SAME DAY DELIVERY AND THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND.  THE ARRANGEMENT WAS JUST WHAT I ASKED FOR AND MORE.  THE  RECIPIENT WAS SO EXCITED AND LOVED THE FLOWERS IN THE SHAPE OF A PUPPY.  YOU CAN'T GO WRONG WITH THIS GROUP.  LUCKY ME AMD THANK YOU FOREVER FLOWERS

Just wanted to say thanks.
Last Friday you delivered a dozen red roses to Hilton Garden Inn for me... er... for my wife.  The hotel saw to it that they were placed in our room before we checked in.  The bouquet was absolutely beautiful and my wife was "blown away."  You really "made" our 5th anniversary.
As you said during our phone conversation... You are a "real florist".  Thank you again.
