This company and the technician were a pleasure to work with. I needed a couple of estimates in order to replace my water heater, when I called Erica’s plumbing they sent nick next day in the morning, he has able to do an estimate  for me and email it whiting a couple of minutes. With the other companies it took days of new calling just to get an over the phone estimate to be sent to my email.  They were flexible with the quote and even matched the lowest big I got. So when the time came for the replacement I went with them. In the end they were fast, reliable, and super professional. I highly recommend Erica’s Plumbing & Restoration.

Erica's plumbing did my mold remediation...
They did an excellent job...very clean and professional...Felix was great -very informative of each step....I would highly recommend them!

Fast, prompt & efficient service with a SMILE.  Also, great company branding and the 'ServiceTitan' platform keeps clients  informed of their appointment details, offers information on the service technician's background, thus offering a level of comfort not known previously.
Though technology is great, people do business with people, and from start to finish, this was nothing but a pleasant experience.

What a CRAP company.  Literally walked out, without providing any service at all!!!             FORGET THEM!!   Customer Care and Satisfaction is not 
considered let alone provided
