My service repairman was outstanding. They came out at about 10pm and did not finish until almost 1 am in the morning. And believe me he worked hard for his money. What a great job he did, I could not be more pleased with his work. Plus, a very fine gentleman.  I sure will call Vincent and RotoRooter again.

To finish the story. With googles Help Roto Rooter send me a discount to my credit card of $ 100.00

Yesterday Roto Rooter was in my condo in Boca Raton
The plumber arriving in my house was qualified and friendly
The Service was late and expensive.
I asked on the phone to replace the garbage disposal
The technician cam and left to pick up a disposal from Home depot.
I paid $ 422 for the repair. The device was $196. The home depot price is $90.
I had to leave town  so I accepted the work and paid.
Never ever again I will ask for the  service

Great service, very responsive after hours and reasonable pricing.  I had a back up in my home over the weekend.  I called them after hours and they had a plumber there in about an hour.  He worked hard to find the problem and fixed it.  Thanks guys for not taking up my whole weekend!
