This place is fantastic!  I have been going to Eric for years and he always fixes my Cadillac and also my mom's Denali with great service and impeccable details. I encourage everyone to go here. It's the best of the best!

I bought a car from him for the length of my stay six months in Sarasota. We agreed together that when I come back home to Europe I give him the car back and fly home. He sell the car and didnt send me my money. I have ever seen and it's been three years. I tried to contact him several times but can not communicate. He robbed me of 5500USD. When I help someone offering a reward 5500USD

Avoid this place at all costs! My friend went there for a second opinion on a repair  estimate for her car and they low-balled the estimate at half the cost of another well-known, reliable shop.  She approved the repair based on the written estimate, but when it came time to pay for the repairs they charged almost $200 more than the written estimate and never once contacted her informing her the repairs would cost more, nor did they obtain authorization to perform the repairs at the additional expense. When she came to pick up her car she was informed the repair wasn’t completed as they were waiting for parts that wouldn’t be there for at least 3 weeks but forced her to pay for the repairs in full anyway. She told me about this after her repairs were paid for, but prior to leaving the shop. She had nothing in writing saying that the repairs were paid for in full and that she wouldn’t be charged again for the next set of uncompleted repairs, so I advised her to get something in writing from the shop owner to protect her since she was already taken advantage of once. The owner started yelling and cursing and told her to take her car and get out. He refused to give her anything in writing, so I had her put him on the phone so I could help her out. He cursed at me and told me to come down to the shop so he could beat the crap out of me and continued to scream at both of us. All of this because she wanted something in writing saying that she was picking up her car without the repairs completed and that he would be completing the repairs within 30 days at no additional charge to her, which is her right. This person will take advantage of you if you let him and he is absolutely disrespectful. Avoid this shop at all costs!

This is a very bad place. They sold my grandson a car for twice it's value. The transmission went bad on the way home. They agreed to fix it, but, 6 weeks later they have done nothing. The owner must be a criminal. The owner told me they don't sell cars there when I called to find out how to resolve the issue. Beware......
