Long story short, i knew from another mechanic that something was wrong with my transmission but the shop that was recommended was quite a distance away. I live near Integrity Transmission so i stopped in and had it checked. I was told that the problem was due to all the rain and flooded roads. He said there is some sort of switch that needs to be reset after getting wet. Before spending a few hundred $$ on something my gut was telling was BS, i checked around. I was literally laughed at. There is no such switch. Needless to say i went somewhere else (Ralph's Transmissions on Sawyer Rd) where they were honest enough to tell me not only that my transmission was shot, but that my 2008 car with 150,000 miles and needing other repairs, wasn't worth the investment of a new transmission. THAT IS NOT INTEGRITY

I have known this place 15 years since John ran it they are excellent in all repairs the son has carried on the good name and will treat you right

Friendly staff.  My valence fell, darn those parking space bars, this is the second time they've had to fix it.  They told me when to drop in, fixed it, and charged nothing.

 Another time, we were told we'd need new brakes by another company.  We went to Integrity to have the brakes fixed and they explained that our car exhibited that behavior under certain conditions and we didn't need to have them fixed.

We've gone to them with various problems (not transmission) and they have been honest, forthright about what is wrong and the cost.  They offered to bring us home and back.  My husband and I can't say enough great things about this company and their values.

After recently towing my wife's car to our favorite mechanic Mike H. in Sarasota to have a problem diagnosed, he determined an issue with the transmission. Without hesitation he quickly referred us to 'Integrity Transmission'. We were prepared to pay multi-thousands of dollars to have my wife's Volkswagen Beetle repaired. However, Jeff assessed the situation and quickly put us at ease that only damage done had been to the pan assembly itself and not the transmission. We could have been easily taken advantage of, instead they repaired only what needed to be repaired to get the car back on the road safely and efficiently.
I highly recommend you take your vehicle to Jeff at Integrity Transmission or use them as a second opinion...........thanks guys.

We deal with several transmission shops these guys are the best very knowledgeable and very competitive. Happy to recommend these guys as their name says they have Integrity.
