Id give them negative starts if i could. I deposited a check into my checking account and it never made it there. I told them the branch, date and time i was there. Was told to keep my transaction receipts. Over a week later they found my money, in someone elses account and was it was my fault because my 7 looked like a 1 on the deposit slip.

I'm not sure what line I get to when I call. I've been with EFCU for two years now and they're becoming quite rude when I call. Almost everysingle time I get a rude snippy customer service representative.
