I never had to wait 2 weeks to see a doctor so she can give me a prescription for my albuterol. Which I need at the time. But since she can't give me 1 refill at the moment meanwhile I wait 2 weeks for the appointment I have to be without medication for 2 weeks. Seriously do i need to be really sick for them to give me an appointment asap!! This clinic is not the same like before.

I have had the worst experience here. Seriously one of the girls at the front desk gave the nastiest attitude. Seriously that ruined my whole day. Now 2nd time around I bring my baby for a check up they honestly did not check her they just told me she looked fine . 3rd time around I had my appointment at 11:00 got there at 10:40 did not attend me till like 11: 40. This is not acceptable.

Honestly, I am beyond grateful to had found this health care facility. Some people complain about the wait but I seriously have not waited more than 8 minutes the most! Everyone is extremely friendly, to the front desk to the  nurses and etc! When my doctor isn't available in a certain day they will provide you with another Doctor who makes you feel as comfortable as ur other doctor makes you feel. My health feels so important here because instead of you dealing with appointments and calling them, THEY call YOU to keep up with ur visits and ask how have you been feeling. Seriously that's above and beyond caring. That's love lol. Thanks guys! Keep up the great work!

My appointments are always on time and I love my new doctor. They're good at making sure you remember your appointments, too.
