I originally began going to their Englewood location until I had an issue with a nurse practitioner who proceeded to read me the riot act about my blood pressure. As a patient you don't need that kind of unwanted lecturing  or stress. I found when I changed locations going to the Wood Street location the staff seem to do too much talking and not paying attention to what they are doing. They had me waiting for nearly two hours to be seen by a doctor. They are very slow with appointments and you're waiting upwards of a month to get seen for a non serious health concern. Customer service tends to be poor when the staff is mostly African American and this is from observation and experience. Either way the level of customer service needs to change.

This place is so unprofessional the people are not welcoming they don’t great you . I was referred here because it was fast and not along wait like the emergency room . I came here 2 years ago because I was having some lower stomach pains and they ran test and they said I had a UTI and that’s where it was coming from and I got to the parking lot sat in my car talking on the phone for about 10-15 mins and someone from the facility ran to my telling me to come back in along with a call telling me I need to come back I come back they telling me it was a mistake they took all the test and it said I wasn’t pregnant but I was they took another one to confirm. Smh so I was discharged and into the parking lot and sat there for 10-15 before I knew what was really going on . At that point I said I’ll never come back because that was crazy . Come 2 years later I need to be seen by a doctor and unfortunately my doctor wouldn’t be available. When I came in I did not get greeted when I checked in the guy gave me to eye contact and his first words was “id and insurance “ no hello no nothing . Than I get to the back the lady was rude and nasty . I’m serious this time I will never come back here again and you shouldn’t either if it’s not a emergency wait until you can get a fast or emergency appointment from your doctor or just go into the ER

The U of I health care services at Miles Square are top notch, especially Dr. Hobbs, and a nurse named Phil Mays.

I can't praise the entire staff enough.

A very satisfied customer with a lot of health care issues.  They coordinate all my health care needs seamlessly and professionally.

They continue to change and cancel my  appts..the center and appts  once were accurate and on time..not anymore..

it is impossible to reschedule a set appointment for earlier, although I saw people in the lobby coming in without appointments and seeing doctors.
Thus far the  customer care support has been below anything I would expect.
