Erin and her team were wonderful and went above and beyond for me.  I HIGHLY recommend them.  They helped me through a very difficult case-always treated me with respect and support.  I wouldn't wish bankruptcy on anyone, but if you find yourself in that difficult position, Erin is the best.

Erin and her staff all top notch, genuinely caring for their clients and I am indebted to them for their expertise and all the work they did to help me in a difficult time in my life.  They are all knowledgeable, and super exact and know their area backwards and forwards.

If you need someone to stand beside you and stand up for you and fight, call Mrs. Shank. If you are facing foreclosure or repossession, Mrs. Shank is your strongest advocate. I shopped around for a Bankruptcy attorney who would listen to my needs.  As I am a retired military member of the U.S. Army, the staff at Erin B Shanks Office were friendly, personable and knowledgeable.  

From beginning to end, the staff at Erin B Shank make the process painless and easy.  They answered all my questions and helped me when I did encounter a problem.

To anyone, military or civilian, who are needing a quality Bankruptcy attorney look no further than Erin B. Shank!!! You'll be glad you did, I know I am!!

When I came back from my last deployment to Afghanistan it was right into a divorce, during which I discovered not only did my spouse carry on a extramarital affair while I was gone to war, she emptied the bank accounts, ran up the credit cards, and sold off much of our stuff doing it.  I made the mistake of trying to make things work after the divorce, but my financial sisuation just got worst. A friend at Fort Hood told me Erin would know what to do, so I took my problems to Erin and she did. 

Erin reviewed my sisuation and quickly charted the best course of action right through my mess. I was discharged from bankruptcy at the end of 2012, and it was the beginning of a new start.  Looking back on things all I can say is that I should have taken my problems to Erin sooner. She knew exactly what needed to be done and how to do it. 

Erin is AWESOME, and I would strongly recommend that if you have major financial issues, do not wait for them to worst. Bad news doesn't get better with age, make a appointment and go and talk to Erin ASAP!
