Very high priced, services are poor in my opinion.  Extremely poor communication with their client personally speaking....NOT RECOMENDED...sad really..they could do so much better. I Hope they change the way they are doing business or they will ot do well.

I wish I could give 6 stars! David Fanning and his support staff are wonderful. I had just went through a difficult divorce with a sub par attorney and chose David for my child custody. He and his staff were SOOO much better than my other experience. There are good honest attorneys and David is one of them! No frivolous charges , just good honest service with a personal appeal. They made my child custody case a breeze. I definitely recommend! David will be my attorney from now on!

Was going through a ridiculous custody battle with my ex husband; and also had two lawyers prior to finding David Fanning. I wish I would have found him sooner so i didn't have to deal with what I dealt with for so long because as soon as I hired David everything got done on the spot. All confusing questions i had got answered immediately. We were prepared and when the time came to go to court I felt confident and ready to go and we won. He is absolutely amazing and I couldn't have got through this without him. Up until the final days before we had a game plan he always kept in touch with me by phone and by email. I could never thank him enough for everything he has done. If your looking for a lawyer who cares and does his job to its full potential you should hire David Fanning he is the best I know by far.
