I can't say enough about how professional, thorough, focused, respectful, pleasant, eager to please, and quality oriented this dentist portrays. 
Here's my story: 
I was going to another dentist and was not happy with their service.  I had a dentist appointment with another office and felt so much anxiety from the pain that I felt every time I had to get my teeth cleaned since my gums were receding. I was trying to explain that to the dentist and he thought I was looking at the hygienist, but when I was explaining my concern, I turned around and the dentist was rolling his eyes at me. Right then and there I knew it was time to leave since I felt so disrespected. He didn't care about my feelings or if they were hurting me.
It was time to listen to my husband since he always said how great Dr. Rautio was so I was anxious to meet her. 
OH MY GOSH is all I can say. I was elated how their entire process was carried throughout the office, from the enthusiastic front desk greeters to the dental assistant, dental hygienist to the miraculous Dr. Rautio. My anxiety started to diminish and Dr. Rautio and her workers became my lifelong friends. Going to the dentist now it's so relaxing knowing they are truly there to assist me and make my experience a pleasant and memorable one.
I could go on and on, but you would have to get your teeth cleaned to understand the high quality of work and expertise that is evident in this office. 
I couldn't be prouder and honored to have such great people that work on my teeth!  I tell everyone about this dentist office. 5 STARS NO DOUBT!!!!!

I have been a patient for over 10 years.  Wonderful, caring doctor and staff.  Always feel welcome when I come and informed when I leave.  Top notch office!

Best dentist I've ever had!  I just started going to Dr. Rautio a few months ago, since my BFF said she was awesome.  I hate the dentist, and doctors in general.  I have a great smile, but I hate getting cleanings or anything that entails someone digging in my mouth.  I hadn't had a cleaning in 2 yrs, to give you an idea of how ridiculous I am, but Dr. Rautio and her team of lovely ladies made me feel comfortable and joyful during my visit. They educated me on everything in my mouth, and devised a plan to bring it to optimum shape.  I enjoy going there, and will be a lifetime customer!  THANKS Dr. Rautio!!!
