I have been under the care of Dr. Edwin Kuipers for over 12 years.  He and other doctors and staff are kind, considerate, and very knowledeable.  
I feel valued during each visit.

They are never on time.  There is always a wait, even when I am the first appointment. The employees are generally unhappy and complaining to each other a LOT of turn over. I've had a "temp" before since they cannot keep employees.   Sometimes even after the hygienist has finished you wait for the dentist to come in and look at the x-rays.  I've had to leave because the wait to see the dentist was so long after the cleaning.  Last time I was in they told me I had two cavities I should have had filled years ago.  I asked why they hadn't mentioned in the past 8 visits- no answer.  I asked what the cost would be to me personally and then got a much larger bill.  I asked them to consider accepting what the insurance company did pay and they declined.  After 5 years of putting up with all of this, I'm happy to move to another dentist.
