I have been around the block, and am not an amateur in flooring or the remodeling business in general. The sales staff in Eden Praire were extremely knowledgeable and very effective at getting my products at prices that are unseen in this industry. Impressive! The installation process and extreme talent of veteran installers has made all of my projects stress free and their attention to detail is outstanding. 6 stars and my hats of to you! Thank you for all you do, i will always continue to use, and refer you in all of my future flooring, counter-tops and cabinet projects. Customer service is hard to find. I found above and beyond with these guys and gals. Keep it up!

My wife and I were looking to get carpet in one room of our house so we went to the store and made a selection. This was a simple 10x12 room, after several weeks they finally got with us to set up a "measure", this first appointment was made and subsequently cancelled 30 minutes prior after I was already home from work. We re-scheduled and about a week after the 2nd measure appointment they got back to us with a quote that was higher than we expected. After reviewing the quote it turns out they drastically overestimated the size of a 10x12 room. I pointed out the error to sales contact but he still insists it is correct. We get fed up after a month of messing around we went to a different store. The competing store set up our measure in 1-day and had carpet ordered with the CORRECT quantity and an install date setup within 3-days. Don't waste your time on this store.
