Great place to buy a mattress! We worked with Jared. He did not try to “sell” us anything, he just worked with us to find a mattress we fit and that fit our budget. We had shopped around and their prices were lower than even Costco or SamsClub. Would recommend this store and Jared to anyone that enjoys sleep:)

We have been looking to upgrade our mattress for awhile--and I was finding the process one of the most confusing out there.  Foam, gel, inner springs, adjuistable, as well as all the brands and price points, etc., etc,etc.  

Just happened to be near the Eden Prairie location and stopped in to get another sales pitch.  Zach Sellman was well informed and had a great approach to sales--without bashing the competition, which we found was common at other places.  

Clearly better information than available at a furniture store.  And a good selection of brands.  

I knew just enough to be dangerous and Zach helped me identify what we needed-and then worked to make the sale happened. I certainly wasn't planning on buying on the spot, but he made it a natural decision and we pulled the trigger.

The weekend of Labor Day I was looking for a new mattress. I started at Sleep Number and had never been treated so poorly before. So I went to Mattress Firm to see what they had for specials. I worked with the manager Moe. He couldn't have been nicer to me. I was looking at two different beds. One was about $100 more then the other. He offered to sell me either bed at the lower price. The reason for this was he just wanted a happy customer. I've had the bed now for about a month and couldn't be happier. I will recommend this Mattres Firm location to anyone looking for a new bed. Moe is a great sales person and manager. He cares about what they customer is looking for.
