I got my nails done 2 weeks ago And I wanted to wait a bit before I wrote a review. I have nothing but good things to say about this nail salon, it was very clean and the service is great. My name tech was X and he is amazing his craft is phenomenal. Very friendly and funny, he took his time and styled my nails to each one of my fingers. He was very patience and gave me great service. I recommend him to my friend and she loved his work too. Lots of privacy here also, and one of the best nice salons and nail sets I have ever received. Thank you X, and you guys go and check this place out!

I come here a lot and I never had a problem but on this day I went to get my. Nails fixed and this nail Tech name Jon made me feel so uncomfortable because he didn't want to fix my nails. He telling his manager In they language there to long and he don't want to do them. I have never felt so uncomfortable at a nail salon. I had to get up and move because he didn't want to do them . I go there all the time and it's not cheap I should get the service my Money pay for and be treated like every other paying customer. I can say the lady that did my nails that day made me feel better. But I will Never Let Jon do my Nails Never.

The days of searching is over since I found this nail salon. X was my technician and he was AWESOME! He was very patient as I can be very indecisive (colors, shapes, accents, design or no design??) he reassured me it's ok to take my time he said "your going to have these on for minimal two weeks you need to love it!"...Thanks X. The atmosphere is pretty nice some stations are private and it's always super clean.

I've been coming here now for a little over a year, since I moved from Long Island, NY... Where nail salons & their tech's are the best in the country!!! Well, my pedicures are always well done... The callous removals are great but, I do have to request that they let me sit with my feet in the water for 15 minutes to soften my skin & callous on my heels... They always allow me to take my time if needed!!! My callous removal is done correctly every time and my toe nails are always done very nice too!!! The place is always clean and kept up at all times... The staff has been nothing but, friendly and very nice to my Mother in-law, my Aunt & myself, every time we go!!! I have read all the complaints written on here and I just do not have those same experiences with this salon... Their always very nice to us and completely professional!!! Actually, we will be in this coming Saturday because, my Aunt needs her nails filled & a pedi and so does my Mother in-law... And I need my pedi... We were last there at the beginning of August and only now, do we need to go in for upkeep!!! My Mom & Aunts nails are still intact, just needs to be filled and our toe nails have grown so, time for a clip & Polish change... Looking down at my toes this very minute and except the growth of my nail, there is not a single chip in my polish!!! So, I wonder where all these sad, bad reviews are coming from??? It is certainly not the case with us NY ladies, that's for sure!!! We know how it's properly done... So if your on the fence, give this salon a try at least once... It's just like a great restaurant, the chief that night maybe not the best but, you don't stop going because the next time, the chief maybe totally brilliant!!! Same goes for a nail salon... Your waitress maybe rude but, the food was to die for so, you just make sure you don't have the same waitress ever again!!! It's all in a matter of perspective... BTW, my Aunt who is extremely picky just loved X and the job he did and how professional & nice he was with her!!! I give them 5 ☆☆☆☆☆

I went there 2 days ago for a fill in and I have never ever had my nails done so poorly. I think the man was nodding off while he was doing them. They hurt still today, I wanted coffin shape and he acted like he didn't know what that was... they all have a different shape, completely different angels and are bumpy. I literally asked if he could fix one because it was so crooked and he said it's not to me and smugly did so after.  He then painted my nails and they are all over the place. So I won't be back to this shop
