Loved it until I got a toe infection from a pedicure.  Ended up at the doctors and on an antibiotic for a week, soaking my toe in Epsom Salt 3x a day.  Went in and showed the owner pictures of my toe when I went to the doctor, and he saw my toe 3 days into taking the antibiotic and was still inflamed.  I was very nice about it,  thinking they should review their cleansing processes so it doesn't happen to someone else.  Owner never took responsibility for the issue, had excuses, never even apologized.  Beware!!!!

The most horrifying experience I have ever had. This was my first time at the St Lucie West location. The gentleman I believe is the manager was very friendly and advised it would only be a short wait for my full set. I was sent to an older  barbarian (because he doesn't deserve to called a gentleman)with an earring.  When applying the nails he would turn them into position on my hand scratching me with the corners. He would dig his nails into my fingers leaving marks on them.  Aggressively threw a container on my hand for me to put my hand on top of. Would tug and twist my fingers painfully, even continued when i expressed my pain. Would roughly slap and throw my hands around when he was done with each step. I continuously told him that I wanted to make the ends rounder, he  would say I know I know and proceeded to make them an awkwardly shape. As mortified as I was with the entire experience, I was silently in shock and wanted for it to be over. Walking  out I looked down to examine my nails in disgust. One of my thumb nails is about 1/2 an inch thick. All of my cuticles white from dry glue. My nail beds visible on from a poor polish job. I hate to leave such a poor review on any business, but I hope to shed some light to management of the abusive and disgusting treatment from this man.

Love Trin & Tina both sweet and funny. Makes the time enjoyable and entertaining.  Been going to Pink nails for over a year. Best if you call and make appointment.

Sad that this google review won't let me give this people a half star, I ended up here by one of the nail tech telling me of the gel mani and pedi offer for 48 dollars, got my pedi and mani, I noticed a sign that says brow tinting 20 so I asked if I could also add that to my bill, great everything comes up to 63 dollars, got brows done and the girl did a horrible job, she painted over my brows(skin) look like a damn clown, she tells me it's how it goes, ok so the. She asked if I paid I said yes, how much in total, she says oh no he never charged u for the brows, I'm pissed I tell her that's its bad business to advertise something for one price and then change it for a client once they get there, sorry she says.. never coming back to this shitty salon!
