Honestly, this is my favorite comic shop in town. The interior is clean and presentable. I can only think of a couple scenarios where they did not have the cover that I wanted, but were perfectly capable of getting it for me. The staff is always polite, knowledgeable, and professional.

One thing that makes this place stand out ahead of others is the crowd. My shop growing up had everything in one building: cards, comics, tabletop games, everything. The downside to that is that sometimes the crowd itself can be uninviting, and makes your shopping/browsing experience uncomfortable. There's none of that at Escape Velocity, and I appreciate that more than they know.

Has a good amount of selection of Marvel, DC, and Image comics. They also have Archie comics. Some toys, games, and memorabilia. The staff was very polite and gave some recommendations when I was at the register. Sticker prices. You buy what you get. They have deals sometimes and like six drawers of single issues by alphabet. And if you can't find something, they'll order it so that's your decision on that. It's a good comic book store and family friendly so it's a nice experience to go in with friends and your kids if you got them.

This shop is great!  Knowledgeable staff that has always been ready to help my find the book that I need.  Great selection in store, great discounts for subs, and pretty good selection of toys and other pop culture related stuff!  Go here, you won't be disappointed!

They are exactly what they say they are. Comics and Graphic Novels. I prefer a store that has a wide range of geekdom. 

Also didn't like the Metalica turned up to 11.
