They are great - - They have been able to cut specialty keys without any problems after hardware stores couldn't seem to get it right.

Highly recommend.

We had an issue with a tenant changing a lock on our rental property and used ESI Security to get everything fixed! Aaron was quick to get to the property and helped us with the front door lock as well as other doors that the tenant had vindictively locked! It was a pleasure working with Aaron and we will definitely use ESI Security in the future if we ever encounter another problem with our rental property locks.

Leo and his team have always taken great care of us.  We have 13 stores across Pierce County and they have been wonderful to work with.  Will to assist at all hours of the day or night.  Always a friendly face and huge smile that you can see even over the phone.  I would definitely recommend ESI Security to anyone that is looking for a great company to work with.
