From the standpoint of someone who has never done anything like this before I can honestly say that I may not be the best qualified to offer a rating because every rating ought to be compared to that of the competition. The question "compared to what?" is important to ask whenever a qualitative statement is supplied. With that being said, having no knowledge of any other locksmith companies, I'll make explicit that my personal experience of this company was very positive. The man who came to my site (forgot his name, forgive me) had a good attitude and took care of the task fairly quickly. So take what I say with a grain of salt. It is what it is.

You can say that the service was sufficient. I was a bit surprised by the speediness of the service which was a pleasant thing to experience, and it was also a bit of a surprise that the cost was relatively cheaper than what I expected. I'd add as well that the locksmith who came to my home was a rather comforting and innocent fellow - definitely someone I'd like to see do well in the marketplace.

After they were done I stopped and chatted with the locksmith who came to our home. He was a very decent young man making a hard and honest living. Very customer-oriented and focused on doing a complete job. I hope he does well in the future

Can honestly say that service was phenomenal. Locksmith was punctual, polite and professional. Managed to complete the project within the span of a few hours and got me the locks I needed for my party. Happy camper I am!

Apparently my son said the locksmith was very kind and friendly. He obviously did a great job but I was at work while he was changing our locks. My son, though, was able to interact with him and said was ‘a cool dude’
