The owner/opperator is a very friendly person. However these cleaners have ruined my suit. After picking my suit up, i have found heat damage by the lapels on my jacket. I am very sad to see this, as they are conveniently located by my work, and the owner is a very nice woman.

The owner is nice but the service is poor.  The first couple of times I went she didn’t give me slips itemizing the clothes I gave her, resulting in her once not returning a blouse (I had to go back and insist I was missing an article, she eventually found it).  Most recently I dropped off clothing and when I came back on the pick-up date, she told me to come back later because they needed to do more work on a shirt with a stain.  I didn’t recall any stains but left and came back a week or later.  My white blouse had black spots (it seemed like oil or ink?) all up the sleeve that had absolutely not been there before, they hadn’t been removed and she wouldn’t admit nor deny causing the stains.  I asked for and she agreed to not charge me but I still can’t wear my dress shirt.  Love supporting minority- and women-owned businesses but will have to find a place with better quality services.

The lady that runs the cleaners, Jay, is very nice.  I felt the price charged for the shoe repair was a little more than I thought it would be, but they were so darn nice about it.

My husband dropped off 2 35 x 35 Kilim pillow covers 2 weeks ago and owner did not give him claim tickets for them. He went to pick up today and she stated that the “ink had run” on the cotton 
backing and was having it replaced however did not have the items at the store. Hopefully she can retrieve them and I will take elsewhere for repair which I will INSIST she pays for. Ridiculous and very disturbing. Horrible service.
