Hello all,  for years I was a loyal customer of Hi Tech cleaners. The first problem came about a year ago when they returned my comforter clearly NOT cleaned - it had a visible spot. When I brought it back to them,   they claimed they treated it but were not able to remove. I took the comforter home, threw it into a washer machine, and surely enough it came out absolutely spotless. But what happened this week was a problem of entirely different magnitude - I brought in two very expensive competition dresses that we were planning to take with us to Europe next week so my daughter could wear them in a very important international dancing competition. The first one is now completely ruined ($350 dress!) - they steamed its pleated skirt and COMPLETELY ruined the pleats. I cannot even sell it now, for any money. As I brought it back to them they did not even apologize! They kept saying to me: "we did nothing wrong"!!! They did not even offer to return the price of the dry cleaning! The second dress was not cleaned at all. I know it with absolute certainty since I took it to be cleaned to remove a small stain and surely enough it is still there. Stay away from this place! I am not ever going back!

I have been a satisfied customer for many years. I have enjoyed their friendly and attentive service. I have never had any problems here.

They put holes in my one month old suit. Really poor customer service. When I questioned them about my ruined jacket they stated yelling at me. I am writing this review so people know what kind of service you receive here. I was their regular customer and it happened before to one of my slacks but I ignored thinking it's a one off thing and didn't press them.  This time it is happened with newly bought suit.  PLEASE BE AWARE

This cleaners is the best one in the area. They are reasonably price and are very efficient. I have been using them for a long time now and they have always been accommodating. If there is an issue, they will figure it out and fix it for you. I highly recommend this business.

I have tried several cleaners in the area and this one has been great.  They are just a little out of my way but I have had poor luck with others in the area.  In fact I got the idea to rate them because of a recent terrible experience at another cleaner.  Hi-Tech cleaner always has someone at the counter, you do not have to ring a bell or yell for anyone. They always greet me with a smile and are very polite.  I have used them for about 9 years and have had no issues at all. Each time I try another place in order to avoid the late afternoon traffic, I end up regretting it.   I feel I might be easier to please than many others, but then why do other cleaners infuriate me?  I will continue using them and highly recommend them.
