This is a cute salon and the staff seems generally friendly - IF you can get an appointment AND IF the stylist keeps that appointment for you. I called and scheduled an appointment with a stylists and she had to cancel and reschedule the first appointment (not a big deal), we rescheduled for two weeks later. For the rescheduled appointment, I drove fifteen minutes and was five minutes late and when I came in the door she said she had to reschedule because her next appointment would be there in twenty minutes. Even if I hadn't been running a few minutes behind she wouldn't have had enough time to do my hair. It was a waste of my time and they do not show professionalism in their service.
