Brides unless you enjoy doing everything on your own with no help at all DO NOT GO HERE. I am a bride looking for a dress for the most important day of my life. I had been to a few other places but I liked the online selection at Estelles so I was excited to go and hopefully say yes to a dress. Even if I did find THE dress I would take the style number and give my business elsewhere because they did not earn a dime. I was not sure who was an employee or not because no one looked interested in helping anyone. That wasn't false advertising! When I told them I was there for a bridal gown one of the girls started a fitting room for me. I thought we were off to a good start. That fitting room "set up" was the extent of the help I got. No one even seemed to remotely care. When someone finally did offer to help (8 dresses later) I told them what I was looking for and all they did was generally point to the racks. Yes, thank you. The dozens of dresses I just sifted through was a little overwhelming and I thought, ya know, since you work there you could maybe guide me a little more than pointing to ALL the dresses in the store. She also didn't know what a Vinyard was when I mentioned my venue to maybe see if she had any advice on a style. I don't know how or why they have a bridal department. Everyone who "worked" in it just stood around talking. If I could give less than one star I would.

I liked how the dresses were organized in sections with signs indicating types of dresses which was a big plus since no help from anyone. Its as if they were purposely hiding. The dressing room could be updated to have doors at least for more privacy. For a huge store to sell glamorous gowns and such for what some may say are pricey, I felt as though I was walking into a dressing room at a halloween shop. Dark and the employee in the dressing room pointed directly to the stalls so she can continue her personal conversation with another lady. I did feel brushed off. I was ready to spend whatever so i could find my perfect dress for a party but only left with diasspointment. Drove almost an hour to get there too...smh.

I went with my niece for her sweet 16. She is very tiny so l needed to find smaller sizes. My mom and l went to the customer service for some assistance on where to find smaller size dresses as well as,a style my niece would like. She just pointed her finger and walked away. Nobody wanted to be bothered. Then we asked for a seamstress to help out once l found a dress for my niece and was told shed be around in 20 minutes. We waited for 40 minutes with no help yet workers were walking around.  I was appalled by my experience here.  I will not return.

WORST CUSTOMER
SERVICE EVER!!!!!  We arrived as soon as they opened to shop for a sweet 16 dress for my niece.  I have never been treated so poorly by a retail establishment.  I was reprimanded, followed, and given dirty looks by 2 of the older women that work in the sweet 16 dress area.  Each time we asked for help, we received sighs and huffs and puffs.  I asked one of the workers to help us tie the back of my nieces dress that had many loops.  The worker looped it through 3 loops and said, "there!"  It was improperly tied and looked absolutely rediculous.  I went to get a manager and waited 20 minutes to speak with someone.  After explaining an hours worth of torture, the manager looked at me, shrugged, and said she was sorry.  I thought my eyeballs were going to pop!!  
I will absolutely, positively never EVER step foot in that establishment!!!!  
The service was truly a disgrace!

Huge selection in a variety of sizes. They also have a lot of acessories and shoes. The staff is also pretty helpful. The only downside is no returns on the dresses.
