Founded in 1985 by Bob Cook, Runner’s Edge is your local running and multi-sport retail shop. We offer the latest footwear, performance apparel, energy products, wetsuits and more.

I have a been a long time customer for the runners edge. Never had a problem always good service and greet shoes. Unfortunately I had a bad experience recently where the shoe size I wanted was not in stock. They had to special order it and they were going to ship it to my house. So they called me up saying that the model is no longer available they can't get it so I was a little bit disappointed with that. A week goes  by later and they tell me that the shoe that was not available is in stock and they have it. I was very excited. So the guy Sal runs my credit card. And I really don't like give my credit card over the phone. So Sal calls me again on my busy day that I'm in between meetings because I have my own business he says that he ran my credit card as a refund for $120. He then asked for the credit card number again I'll give it to him. Couple of hours go by and he told me that he needs to run the credit card again because he did not charge the $120 for the shoes. By this point I'm very disappointed how can you run a business if you can't even get the transaction right.  I told him to forget about the shoes I'm gonna go to Amazon and buy the shoes. This was a complete waste of my time and I got so aggravated I will never ever shop there again.

Really great place to buy sneakers if you're a runner. The staff really takes a lot of time with you to get the perfect shoe that works for you. Highly recommend to all runners on any level of training.

Great store, selection and customer service is fantastic. Would choose this store over an eBay/Amazon/etc. it's always a pleasure to deal with knowledgeable staff unlike the "bigger" stores.

Great selection and really helpful staff. I was there for a running event, but had some extra time so ending up talking to one of the guys for shoes. Very knowledgeable and helpful, without the hard sell.
