12/19/2013 (Thursday):
Received call (12:32) from what I later found out was "Estes". They left a message and wanted to schedule a time for delivery. I called back 6 minutes later and was put on hold by a “frazzled” customer rep for about ten minutes, when the call cut short.
I called back and was transferred again to the same person. After stating they only deliver on Thursdays to residential customers I was asked what time on the 26th they could deliver the package.
 
12/20/2013:
Called Estes today to schedule a pick up so I didn’t have to wait until next Thursday. The person on the phone made it difficult to look up my package information and then stated that pick-ups could be made after 2:00pm at their Glenmont facility, which happens to be 50 minutes from my front door.

Needless to say, unless you are a commercial entity, this company is not for you. I had no choice in the matter as the firm I was accepting the package from chose to use Estes.

This company should more aptly called a non service non delivery company. My advice to anyone having anything shipped to find any company other than Estes.
